Eneida believes in the power of social entrepreneurship, and for that reason she co-founded The Latina Circle. To pay it forward, she serves in leadership positions for various organizations, including the Hispanic National Bar Association, which served as inspiration for the creation of the Latina Circle. She is also very committed to Big Sister of Boston and currently serves on its Diversity Council and on its Board of Directors.
